Things to know, or can be improved:
First inch of deck nose is cracked from docking incident; covered with duct tape
Delamination of the hull to deck joint in some areas that was previously repaired by caulking and rivets
4" crack in the fiberglass near the back of the cock pit on the starboard seat facing
Small crack in starboat gunwale from hoisting
Mast support should be reinforced- pushing out bulkhead, but been this way since I’ve owned it
Would suggest redoing spinnaker sock with larger diameter tubing (occasionally binds when hoisting)
I also have a motor mount for the boat, and separately will likely be selling the Mariner 3.3HP outboard I have. (approx. yr 2000 model, hardly used)

2007 Hunter 146 Sailboat - $6500

She has all Harken hardware which includes roller furling jib, camcleats, and main sheet. The sails are as crisp as aluminum foil ! Just in case the wind dies, she has a Yamaha 2.5 hp. outboard to get you back to the dock. Also, she comes with a custom trailer to take her to any body of water of your choosing. One other great feature of this vessel, is that she has custom made cockpit cushions to further inhance the experience.
