Fellow NSC Members
The leaves are falling and that means its THAT time of year again.
Sharon and I (and our merry band of volunteers) will be at the lake to
help with haul out and clean up on Sunday (10/23) and on Saturday and Sunday 10/29
and 10/30, Core hours will be from 9-3 on these days but we can work
on other times if you send us a note. As George pointed out in his last
e-mail, the club purchased a pressure washer this year and we will have
that set up while we are at the lake so members can clean their boats
for the winter. We also have a splitter for the faucet so if you have a
washer and want to bring it and a hose we can have more than one
available. Ladders, brushes and basic tools will also be on hand for
our members.
As always, Sharon and I are looking for hardy souls to help in the
effort. Volunteers are always welcome for as long as they can stay and
we will bring sustenance and beverages for those mates that help us
out. Look for us in the blue Explorer and the NSC ball caps.
Please feel free to call (cell number below) or send us an e-mail
if you have questions or need special help. This is one of the great
benefits of being a NSC member, you don't have to do it all alone - take
advantage of it.
See you at the lake -
- John
