Revised Sailing Instructions

The newly revised Sailing Instructions have been posted. They can be found at http://www.nockamixonsailclub.org/content/racing-nockamixon-sail-club
The big change is they now define the finishing line after starting to be treated as an obstruction as defined in the RRS.
